Insulation structure diagram is as follows:
① anticorrosion coating ② outer steel tube ③ fiberglass tape ④ inorganic insulation (aerogel insulation blanket or aerogel blanket + rock wool) ⑤ sliding guide ⑥ work tube ⑦ air layer
The main reason for the above problems:
● traditional insulation material performance decay quickly
● poor insulation structure, the emergence of thin under the thick, making the pipeline prone to hot seam, resulting in serious heat loss
● Uneven insulation and high heat loss, resulting in lower pipe end temperature and pressure and lead to increased boiler load, increased operating costs
● The traditional insulation material has no waterproof effect, which makes the pipeline corrode seriously and easily bring huge security risks
Advantages of using Silica aerogel insulation materials:
● Relatively traditional insulation material airgel felts can greatly reduce the thickness of thermal insulation layer, reduce heat loss, and save energy.
● Silica Aerogel insulation material structure is good, high compressive strength, stable performance, long life cycle
● Silica aerogel insulation material has a good waterproof effect, to prevent corrosion to a maximum extent
● reduce the installation time and labor, easy to cut according to the complexity of the shape, curvature and space to cut the material and installation
● Aerogel insulation materials with less dosage, can reduce the amount of outer protective layer, reduce transportation and storage costs
● Aerogel used in combination with other traditional materials to provide a more economical thermal solution for users
