This type of pipeline is mainly targeted at 100 to 500 degrees of high temperature pipeline. At present, the insulation of such pipelines mostly has the problems of short service life of the insulation material, frequent maintenance and replacement, poor structural strength of traditional silicate insulation materials and prone to thinning on the bottom. Most traditional inorganic materials have no waterproof effect , Easily lead to corrosion of the pipeline, making the pipeline can not guarantee the design pressure requirements; pipeline due to the decline of thermal insulation, making the internal fluid in the end has been unable to meet the design temperature and pressure requirements.
The main reason for the above problems:
● traditional insulation material performance decay quickly
● poor insulation structure, the emergence of thin under the thick, making the pipeline prone to hot seam, resulting in serious heat loss
● Uneven insulation and high heat loss, resulting in lower pipe end temperature and pressure and lead to increased boiler load, increased operating costs
● The traditional insulation material has no waterproof effect, which makes the pipeline corrode seriously and easily bring huge security risks
Advantages of using Silica aerogel insulation materials:
